No chatbots, no ticket deflection, no "have you tried our help centre". Email is our only support channel, and that's deliberate: every message is read by a person who can actually fix things, in New Zealand, usually within one working day.
Privacy note: emailing us doesn't add you to any list. We reply, and that's it. If your message is about your data, we'll act on it: export, correction or deletion, per the covenant.

Stuck, confused, or found a wrong tax figure, a broken link or a typo? Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and it gets fixed promptly.
