A year of help for the people you are letting go
When roles go, give each person twelve months of On the Move: the job tracker, real take-home pay on every offer, AI-written cover letters and follow-ups, and a negotiation coach, all built for New Zealand. From $79.20 a seat, GST included, and you are never told how anyone uses it.
- Buy the seats. Five or more, by card, or by invoice for more than 50.
- Hand out the codes. One single-use code per person, from your account page or a file you download.
- They use it when they are ready. Their twelve months start the day they enter it. Codes work for a year.
What you see, and what you never see
- You see the seats you bought, their codes and your invoices.
- Once ten or more codes are used, roughly how many, counted in fives.
- Never who used a code, whether any one person used theirs, or anything about their job hunt.

What a seat includes
Everything in Jobtracker for twelve months: the tracker, real take-home pay on every job, the Work and Income record, and everything On the Move adds. That is the AI Cover Letter Writer, the Negotiation Coach, 100 AI-written drafts a month, the offer analyser and comparison, the Govt Application Kit and visa mode, and 100MB of document storage.
When the year ends, or if they already pay
When the twelve months end they keep everything they saved, on the free plan, and can carry on at $7.99 a month if they want to. If someone already pays for On the Move, their own plan runs to the end of what they have paid for and the seat starts then, so nobody pays twice.
Public or private, the same terms
Every organisation pays the same published prices, and a PO number goes on the invoice. Twelve months of On the Move bought one person at a time is $95.88 billed annually, so a seat is never dearer than buying it yourself, and from 50 seats it is cheaper.
