Redundancies tend to come when budgets are tightest. A seat is $94.05, GST included, for twelve months, and $79.20 from two hundred seats, so everyone leaving can have one, not only a few.

Pay by card and the codes are on your account page straight away, ready for the letter or the exit pack. On an invoice they appear the moment it is paid.

Codes work for a year. Each person's twelve months start the day they enter theirs, so somebody who is not ready in week one is not wasted.

What a seat includes

When the year ends, or if they already pay
When the twelve months end they keep everything they saved, on the free plan, and can carry on at $7.99 a month, GST included, if they want to. If someone already pays for On the Move, their own plan runs to the end of what they have paid for and the seat starts then, so nobody pays twice.
Public or private, the same terms
Every organisation pays the same published prices, and a PO number goes on the invoice. Twelve months of On the Move bought one person at a time is $95.88 billed yearly, GST included, so a seat is never dearer than buying it yourself, and from 50 seats it is cheaper.
