Everyone's hours on one page, with their say-so
Buy a seat for each of your people. Each gets Career and Timesheets, paid by you, and chooses whether to share the hours they log for you. You see everybody who shares, on one Team page, all the time. $6.99 a person a month, or $59.88 a year, GST included.
What you see
Hours as they are logged
Each person's hours for you: the day, start and finish, breaks, the project and task. By person, then project, then task, with totals for any week, month or dates you choose.
Your projects, everyone's picker
Set your projects and tasks once and they appear in every sharing person's timesheet, with budgets that warn you at 80%. People can add their own too, labelled as theirs.
Changes you can trust
Every change to an entry is kept with its date, and a week marked sent shows any change made after it. No approvals to chase.
Who has not logged
The Team page names anyone who has logged nothing this week. Download a CSV for payroll, or a team PDF.
What your people keep
Their say
Nothing is shared until each person accepts and chooses to share, and they can stop at any time. Notes stay theirs unless they switch them on.
Their privacy
You never see their pay or rates, any other job or client, their job hunt or their career record. Only the hours they log for you.
A record of their own
It is their own Your Timesheets, on their own account, with the timer, the week grid and every change kept. It stays theirs if they move on.
Your record too
If someone stops sharing or leaves, you keep a read-only copy of the hours they shared up to that day, without notes, as your own record.
Seats: buy, hand out, add or remove
Buy the seats you need
At least 3, one for each manager too. Charged when you buy; no trial.
Hand them out
Invite each person by email from the Team page. A seat freed when someone leaves goes straight to the next person.
Add and remove
Add seats any time, charged at once for the rest of the period. Remove them and it takes effect at your next renewal.
