They appear in every sharing person's picker for this team, read-only. People can add their own projects too; this page marks those as theirs.

Bootstrapped is fine: you do not need to have raised money. You tell us these are true on the form, and we check the company on the NZBN register.
After the free year
- We email your team's Owner 30 days and 7 days before the free year ends, with the price for your seats.
- Year two is 50% off, once you add a card: $5.00 a seat a month, or $47.94 a seat for the year, GST included.
- From year three it is the standard price: $9.99 a seat a month, or $95.88 a year, GST included.
- If you add no card, nothing is charged. Every seat is paused, each person keeps their own account and hours, and the team's records stay on your Team page to download for 90 days.

Is it really free?
Yes. For 12 months from the day your team starts, up to 5 Team seats cost nothing, and we do not ask for a card. Nothing is charged when the year ends unless you choose to add a card yourself.
What counts as a startup?
A company incorporated in New Zealand less than 5 years ago, with fewer than 20 staff, that is not already a jobtracker.co.nz team customer. One offer per company. Bootstrapped is fine: you do not need to have raised money.
Do we need a card?
Not for the free year. A card is asked for only if you carry on into year two, or want more than 5 seats, and you see the price before you confirm.
What if we grow past 5 seats?
The offer covers up to 5 seats. Seats beyond five are at the standard price, $9.99 a person a month or $95.88 a year, GST included, and a card is asked for then. To add them, write to contact@jobtracker.co.nz and we set it up with you.
What happens to our hours if we stop?
Nobody loses anything. Each person's timesheet is in their own account and stays theirs, and logging their own hours stays free. If you add no card, the team's seats pause, and the team's records stay on your Team page to download for 90 days.
Can contractors be seats?
Yes. A seat is a person, and you choose who gets one. Seats are built for the people who work in your business; a contractor on a seat shares only the hours they log for you, never their other clients, their rates or their invoices.
Who sees what?
Nothing is shared until each person says yes on their invitation, and they can stop at any time. You then see the hours they log for you: the date, start and finish, breaks, project and task, and their notes while they share them. You never see the pay or rates in their own account, any other job, their job hunt or their career record. The how-to guides for teams show each screen.
Why is there no AI in the free year?
Every AI action costs us money to run, so the free year is everything except AI. That means CV Match, Tailor My CV, the AI scam check, your top 10 interview questions, the CV Builder's AI tidy and the AI drafts in Your Career are not included until your team is paying. From then each seat has 50 AI actions a month.
