A year of help for the people you are letting go

When roles go, give each person twelve months of the whole thing: Your Job Hunt to find the next role, with real take-home pay on every offer, AI-written cover letters and follow-ups and a negotiation coach, and Your Career for the job they land, so the help does not stop the day they sign. Built for New Zealand. $94.05 a seat, GST included, down to $79.20 at two hundred, and you are never told how anyone uses it.

What it costs you, and what it buys them

The cheapest decent thing you can do

Outplacement in New Zealand is commonly quoted in the hundreds to the low thousands per person. A seat is $94.05, GST included, for twelve months. It is not the same product as a career coach and it is not pretending to be: it is the practical half, the part somebody uses at 9pm on a Tuesday, and it costs about what the exit morning tea did.

It is used, because it is private

Vouchers for services people have to ring up and book mostly go in a drawer. This one is a code they enter themselves, on their own account, with any email address they like, and you never learn who used it or anything about their search. That is why people actually use it, and it is the thing to say in the letter.

Everyone still there is watching

How people are let go is the clearest signal a company ever sends to the people who remain, and they will hear about it either way. A year of real help, handed over on the day, is a different story from a list of job boards in a PDF.

One line, one invoice, no programme to run

Buy the seats, hand out the codes, and you are done. No sessions to schedule, no attendance to chase, nothing to report on, and nothing that needs HR time in three months. Codes are good for a year, so somebody who is not ready in week one is not wasted.

What the person gets, for twelve months

Finding the next job

Every application in one place with its stage and its next move, the whole ad saved in one press, what each job really pays after PAYE, ACC, KiwiSaver and student loan, cover letters and follow-ups written for them, a negotiation coach for the offer, and the dated record Work and Income asks for if it comes to that.

And then the job they land

Your Career carries on from the offer: their pay against inflation, their wins recorded as they happen, a pay review planned six weeks ahead, and the dates that matter in the new role. The help does not stop on the day they sign, which is usually the day the old outplacement package ends.

It is theirs, not yours

Their account, their email, their data, and it keeps working long after their work login is switched off. If they are back looking in three years, everything they built is still there.

Nothing to prove to anybody

No means testing, no check-ins, no proof of job search demanded by us or reported to you. People who have just been made redundant have had enough of being assessed.

Why it helps

Ready the day you tell them

Pay by card and the codes are on your account page straight away, ready for the letter or the exit pack. On an invoice they appear the moment it is paid.

Private, so people use it

You never learn who used a code or anything about their job hunt, so nobody has to wonder whether their old employer is watching.

Built for job hunting in New Zealand

Take-home pay after PAYE, KiwiSaver and student loan on every offer, a dated job-search record for Work and Income, a money runway that counts the stand-down, and help with public sector applications.

It stays with them, not your systems

Each person uses their code on their own free jobtracker.co.nz account, with any email they like, so it keeps working after their work login is switched off.

How it works

  1. Buy the seats. Five or more, by card, or by invoice for more than 50.
  2. Hand out the codes. One single-use code per person, from your account page or a file you download.
  3. They use it when they are ready. Their twelve months start the day they enter it. Codes work for a year.

What you see, and what you never see

  • You see the seats you bought, their codes and your invoices.
  • Once ten or more codes are used, roughly how many, counted in fives.
  • Never who used a code, whether any one person used theirs, or anything about their job hunt.

A year of help from you, with nothing reported back. Read the covenant and the terms for seats.

What a seat includes

Everything in jobtracker.co.nz for twelve months: Your Job Hunt, with real take-home pay on every job, the Work and Income record, and everything On the Move adds. That is the AI Cover Letter Writer, the Negotiation Coach, 50 AI actions a month, the offer analyser and comparison, the Govt Application Kit and visa mode, and 10MB of document storage. And once they land the next job, Your Career for the rest of the twelve months: their new job and its dates, their pay over time and their pay review planned ahead. A year of support, not only until they find something, and you never see any of it.

When the year ends, or if they already pay

When the twelve months end they keep everything they saved, on the free plan, and can carry on at $7.99 a month, GST included, if they want to. If someone already pays for On the Move, their own plan runs to the end of what they have paid for and the seat starts then, so nobody pays twice.

Public or private, the same terms

Every organisation pays the same published prices, and a PO number goes on the invoice. Twelve months of On the Move bought one person at a time is $95.88 billed yearly, GST included, so a seat is never dearer than buying it yourself, and from 50 seats it is cheaper.
