Every organisation, public or private, pays the prices on this page. A quote sets them out in writing for your approval process.
An invoice with your PO number
For more than 50 seats, pay by invoice, due in 20 days, with your PO number on it. Card works at any size. An invoice still unpaid 30 days after it was sent is cancelled.
GST included, and shown
Every price includes GST, and the invoice shows it. Our GST number is 147-904-258.
Codes the moment it is paid
The codes appear on your account page as soon as the invoice is paid, one single-use code per person, from the page or a file you download.

Private, so people use it
Each person uses their code on their own free account, with any email they like. The agency never learns who used one or anything about their job hunt.
Nothing to administer
Buy the seats and hand out the codes. No sessions, no attendance, no reporting, and codes work for a year, so nobody has to use theirs in week one.
What you see, and what you never see
- You see the seats you bought, their codes and your invoices.
- Once ten or more codes are used, roughly how many, counted in fives.
- Never who used a code, whether any one person used theirs, or anything about their job hunt.

GST included, GST number 147-904-258. Five seats or more, by card at any size, or by invoice for more than 50. Codes are not refundable once bought, and a refund we agree to cancels the codes nobody has used.

What a seat includes

When the year ends, or if they already pay
When the twelve months end they keep everything they saved, on the free plan, and can carry on at $7.99 a month, GST included, if they want to. If someone already pays for On the Move, their own plan runs to the end of what they have paid for and the seat starts then, so nobody pays twice.
Public or private, the same terms
Every organisation pays the same published prices, and a PO number goes on the invoice. Twelve months of On the Move bought one person at a time is $95.88 billed yearly, GST included, so a seat is never dearer than buying it yourself, and from 50 seats it is cheaper.
