Each person uses their code on their own free account, with any email they like, so it keeps working after their staff login is switched off.

Seats are sold online for staff an organisation is letting go. For a graduating cohort, careers services ask for a quote, with the numbers and the timing, and we reply by email.
What you see, and what you never see
- You see the seats you bought, their codes and your invoices.
- Once ten or more codes are used, roughly how many, counted in fives.
- Never who used a code, whether any one person used theirs, or anything about their job hunt.

GST included, GST number 147-904-258. Five seats or more, by card at any size, or by invoice for more than 50. Codes are not refundable once bought, and a refund we agree to cancels the codes nobody has used.

What a seat includes
Everything in jobtracker.co.nz for twelve months: Your Job Hunt, with real take-home pay on every job, the Work and Income record, and everything On the Move adds. When the year ends, or if they already pay
When the twelve months end they keep everything they saved, on the free plan, and can carry on at $7.99 a month, GST included, if they want to. If someone already pays for On the Move, their own plan runs to the end of what they have paid for and the seat starts then, so nobody pays twice.
Public or private, the same terms
Every organisation pays the same published prices, and a PO number goes on the invoice. Twelve months of On the Move bought one person at a time is $95.88 billed yearly, GST included, so a seat is never dearer than buying it yourself, and from 50 seats it is cheaper.
